Cheerfulness as an instruction rather than an invitation, which is more or less the thesis of The Amazing Digital Circus. The show's virtual world insists that everybody have a wonderful time, and asks pointed questions of anyone visibly failing to comply. Six seconds of forced brightness with a distinctly threatening edge running underneath it. The clip has become a favourite for edits about corporate positivity, customer service and any workplace where morale is compulsory. It gets considerably less funny the moment people recognise their own job in it.
