The guttural noise of a man experiencing every emotion at once and none of them well. TikTok adopted it as the sound of total internal collapse, deployed at the exact moment words stop being adequate. Seeing the first exam question. Checking a price that has changed. Remembering something from 2014 at three in the morning for no reason at all. It is cathartic and dramatic in roughly equal measure, and very close to the noise your soul makes internally when you would rather not make it out loud.
